Data table

For users who want to sort through the data like a spreadsheet

The data table is hidden by default. However, you can choose to open it for any layer at any geographic level.

How to open the data table

Select theme

To view the full data set, choose Explore. Otherwise, select the theme that matches the dataset you're interested in exploring further.

Select view

If you're interested in viewing parcel or property level data, then make sure you have VIEW PARCELS selected.

If you're interested the data table rolled up to a geographic level like zip code or Census tract, make sure you have VIEW TRENDS selected.

Click the three dots

In the left panel, between the title of the layer and eye icon, select the three dots.

Click 'Open table'

In the Parcels View, you will see the data table immediately.

In the Trends View, you will then need to select the geographic level you're interested in exploring.

Adjust

In this spreadsheet view, you can now:

  • Expand the table to full screen by clicking the double arrows on the right side, next to the x. You can also revert back to the original table size by clicking the double arrow icon again.

  • Search rows and columns by clicking the magnifying glass search icon on the top-right corner of the table

  • Sort columns by clicking on the column title to access its options menu, then select Sort ascending or Sort descending to sort the full table by the values in that column. This works for all column data types: text, numbers and dates.

  • Look through data by scrolling your mouse down

  • Filter the data using the filter pane underneath the toolbar or the statistics in the left panel

  • Select a row by clicking it once - it will be highlighted in a pink color. Double click on the row will also zoom to it on the map.

How do I exit the data table ?

Click the x in the right corner to exit the data table.

Can I export the data table?

Only users with Premium Access can export underlying data from the Property Hub.
